CONTEMPORARY VILLA

A contrasting yet monochromatic palette was the inspiration for Project Contemporary Villa – this has been achieved through the careful application of natural stone, striking timber veneer joinery, and the utilisation of the stunning natural backdrop that the property and location provided. By implementing large windows and oversized sliding doors, we were able to bring the outside in and provide our clients with serene views at every angle.

The striking design of the kitchen is both simplistic and complex, as the careful application of the natural stone and timber veneer joinery melds together to create a bold, compelling contrast. This monochromatic masterpiece embodies functionality and practicality, with concealed state-of-the-art appliances and fixtures that have been implemented to ease the everyday hustle and bustle that often occurs within the kitchen, further optimising a smooth, seamless cooking experience.

The dining space of this spectacular home can be found within the core of its grand open plan layout. It has been carefully positioned to optimise the seamless flow of conversation from one space to the next, ultimately enhancing and honing in on a sense of togetherness, openness, and familiarity.

Custom designed entrance joinery can be found close by, fit out with a large smokey mirror and organic natural stone bench top - a beautifully executed greeting and goodbye to family members and friends that pass through.
