It is a reinvention of their current office and workspace which was in need of a facelift to accordingly represent the company’s professional progression and brand standards.

First impressions are sky high with Better Built Homes’ façade, an embodiment of natural elements that are contrasted by a strong, linear composure and contemporary foundations. The entrance of this luxurious office design maintains this; fit out with a grand, curved staircase, the laser-cut logo, custom reception desk and jaw-dropping LED-lit wall panelling become the focal point of the space.

An open floor plan has been implemented to optimise and strengthen communication, culture, and morale within the workplace and between its employees. This sense of openness is continued through the consistent utilisation of glass window and door panelling into each office and meeting room. Striking custom veneer joinery and black fixtures can be seen throughout the workstations and staff kitchen, which are offset by cool-toned natural stone and a healthy amount of greenery that can be scattered throughout the design, creating the perfect working environment of every employee’s dreams.
