TWIN TIDES

The embodiment of pure relaxation, Project Twin Tides resides within the beachy suburb of Vincentia along New South Wales’s south coast. Implied in its name, this breezy concept belongs to a duplex design created with the intent to allow our clients to get the most out of their time at their holiday home, prioritising an ambience of immediate relief and leisure. This design is soft, soothing and delicate to allow the stunning beach views to be showcased.

Each side of the duplex is identical with the exception of a few minor design details and subtle materiality variances. A light timber veneer can be seen throughout both duplex interiors that sets the tone for the natural palette in which Project Twin Tides embraces; this is delicately contrasted by gorgeous terrazzo tiles and natural stone around the two homes, as well as subtle accents of green custom joinery and furnishings, as seen in the master bedroom of House 2. Cool toned kit kat tiles furthermore plays off this colour scheme within the ensuite of House 1, adding a luxurious, mature feel to the interiors.

A dazzling, floating staircase greets family and friends at both entrances of the duplex, featuring accent LED lighting underneath the nosing and behind the handrails and a statement partition that extends to the first floor, married together by the curves of the tiled flooring and alabaster ceiling. These curves are extended into the kitchen within its magnificent custom island design that sits below bespoke pendant lighting selections – we can already picture precious family memories being made within these two homes.
